Anxiety is the feeling we get when we feel worried, concerned, overwhelmed, or even afraid something bad might happen. 

A shift in mood that is different from the general feeling of happiness one is accustomed to.

Addiction

Can lead to: loss of relationships, health and work

Individual Therapy

A complex disorder characterized by compulsive drug and alcohol use that leads to significant disruptions in daily living. Substance use becomes abuse and later addiction when the drugs or alcohol begin to take control over one's life.

Trauma

Can lead to: Emotional disturbance

A deeply distressing or disturbing experience that has a lasting impact on a person’s emotional and mental well-being.

Couples Therapy

Can lead to: Arguments, discomfort, unhappiness

Couples therapy is a form of counseling designed to help partners improve their relationship and resolve conflicts. It provides a safe space for both individuals to express their feelings, communicate openly, and work through challenges together. 

Grief & Loss

Can feel: Sadness, shock, numbness

Grief is the emotional response to loss, and loss is the absence of something valued. Loss can be actual or perceived, and grief can be experienced for many reasons.

Betrayal Trauma

Can lead to: Hurt, anger, sadness, and mistrust

Couple Therapist

Betrayal in a relationship can take various forms, but some common examples include cheating or infidelity, lying or hiding important information, breaking promises or commitments, withholding affection or emotional support, and undermining or belittling the other person.
